Several concentrations to choose from:
The concentration in Leadership and Teams is an in-depth investigation into the issues of team development, conflict management, leadership identity and the value of the triple bottom line approach as it pertains to modern business acumen.
The concentration in Healthcare Leadership prepares you for a wide range of employment opportunities in the healthcare field. Coursework focuses on preparing you to appreciate and understand the complexities of the healthcare system within an increasingly multicultural environment.
The concentration in Nonprofit Leadership will prepare you to bring your MBA skills to the unique challenges and opportunities of operating and leading a non-profit organization toward effective and efficient mission fulfillment.

Antioch University’s learning philosophy has always been based on individual evaluation and synthesis of what you’ve learned into demonstrated knowledge. We use narrative assessment, rather than letter grades, to provide meaningful, actionable evaluation of what you’ve learned. Letter grade equivalencies for graduate school applications or employer tuition reimbursement are available upon request. Learn more about our grade equivalency policy
“I was drawn to the program by Antioch’s core values of social and environmental justice but was unsure how much interaction to expect among classmates. I now know that’s not an issue and really appreciate the diverse perspectives that my classmates bring from their own lives and professional experiences. The course design promotes dialogue and discussion and enables students to get into perhaps an even deeper discussion than in a traditional classroom.”
– Emily Sollie MBA ’23 (anticipated)
Antioch University’s MBA is $589 per semester hour (credit).
