Degrees in Leadership, Management & Business

Our bachelor of management degree will help you learn how to effectively lead and engage a workforce through strategic and systematic management decisions. Overview

Antioch University’s Individualized Master of Arts programs offered by the School of Education offer a high degree of flexibility in building a program of study that meets your personal and professional needs. Design a degree program by combining existing courses from graduate areas of the university.

Education on your terms!

  • Transfer up to 15 semester credits, which may include up to 9 credits for your professional experience

Individualized Master of Arts Programs

Start with two Foundations courses to learn broadly about the self-design process and how to conduct research in your field of study.

In a third foundation course, create an individualized degree plan that helps you achieve your personal and professional aspirations. During this time, you will select your mentor, who will review your degree plan and develop action steps for achieving your goals.

Attend free colloquia three times a year. Recent topics include healing practice, environmental justice, spirituality, women in leadership, music and soul, and mental health. Colloquia are curated spaces where the community of students, faculty, the general public, and guest speakers learn together. 

Choose from a variety of specializations in the Humanities – Creative Writing, Intercultural Studies, or Interdisciplinary – or create your own specialization!

The goal of this interdisciplinary program is to prepare organizers, advocates, and changemakers who understand self, their communities and the forces that disadvantage certain groups and individuals within those communities, in order to provide leadership for the common good.

Antioch University’s online Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Literature and Creative Writing presents an affordable degree completion option, accelerating your progress toward a career in writing while keeping your financial future intact. This program combines an examination of great works of literature with perspective on how to use them to inspire your own writing.

Antioch University’s online Bachelor of Arts in Management degree is an affordable program that provides a knowledgeable foundation to understand and lead change in a shifting, globally oriented world. Narrative Assessment

Antioch University’s learning philosophy has always been based on individual evaluation and synthesis of what you’ve learned into demonstrated knowledge. At Antioch, we use narrative assessment, rather than letter grades, to provide a meaningful, actionable evaluation of what you’ve learned. Letter grade equivalencies for graduate school applications or employer tuition reimbursement are available upon request.

Our “no tests, no grades” philosophy appeals to some and differs from tradition for others, but we believe it accommodates people with different learning styles and better prepares you for a career in professional settings where success is often measured by presentations and written communication.
